CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for the services provided to you. It is not possible for a therapist to know, in advance, how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person upon the initiation of therapy. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. This estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain any services listed, nor does it include any services rendered to you that are not identified here.

In my therapeutic approach, I focus on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, addressing all dimensions of well-being. In our initial contact, our Client Coordinator, Aradhana, will request your email address and WhatsApp number (or both if you’re a couple). You’ll receive a link to an online form, streamlining the intake paperwork ahead of our first appointment.

This digital paperwork covers basic details such as your address, demographic information, and personal history. Additionally, you’ll review and acknowledge our business policies, procedures, as well as consent and confidentiality agreements.

I am excited to provide this seamless option for handling the logistical aspects of the process. This not only ensures efficiency but also allows me to familiarise with the information you’d like to share before your initial meeting.

Determining the duration of therapy is subjective and tied to your specific issues and the therapeutic approach deemed most effective. Generally, noticeable changes may occur between 8-20 sessions, influenced by your commitment and efforts between sessions.

Starting with weekly sessions is recommended, fostering a strong alliance and building momentum towards your goals. As progress unfolds, we’re flexible to adjust session frequency. More frequent sessions often lead to more pronounced effects.

Post-reaching initial goals, some clients opt for periodic check-ins, akin to routine maintenance for THIER well-being—comparable to an occasional tune-up for your car. Recognizing when you no longer need regular sessions is a collaborative and transparent process, aligning our work with your established goals.

Our standard session duration for families, couples, and individuals is 50-60 minutes. For those with scheduling constraints, we provide extended sessions of 80 minutes upon request, particularly beneficial if weekly attendance is challenging initially. It’s important to be aware that if a session surpasses the 80-minute mark, charges for the next hour will apply.

To honor the appointments of other clients, sessions conclude punctually. Thank you for your understanding!
